We train our support workers intensively and they are individually matched to each of our customers. This helps us draw up an individualised support plan which is tailored to each person’s unique requirements.

We have a competent staff team that delivers personal care as the primary regulated activity for our domiciliary component. This is provided in the service user’s home and is subject to a rigorous self-assessment protocol in full consultation with service users and stakeholders as is appropriate.
