About us

Procare Healthcare Ltd is an organisation based in Oxford and that provides care services in Oxfordshire and surrounding areas: Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Northamptonshire, and Wiltshire. Procare Healthcare provides domiciliary care and supported Living services that supports individuals to safely stay in their homes for longer whilst promoting independence, choice, and dignity. 

We understand that people are different and so as their needs and with this in mind, we always involve our service users & their families in the assessing and planning of their care. Safety of our service users is our main priority, and all our staff go through rigorous checks before they start providing care to our service users.

Our Objectives

Protect the physical and emotional welfare of the clients using our service.
Provide a high quality responsive service to enable and assist clients to retain as much independence as possible.
Provide a service which reflects the diversity of our local community.
Provide the service in an open and honest way that the assessed needs, wishes, privacy and dignity of our service users are respected.
Ensure that the needs of the service users are paramount with regard to any decisions or activities affecting our Service uses’s care and support
Recognise the role of Support Workers as an integral part of our service and encourage and promote their contribution.
Provide services that meet and exceed the National Minimum Standards.
We always provide person centred care as it is at the heart of our organisation and we let our service users decide how they want us to support them as we believe that it is important to treat our service users as individuals.
All our support plans are developed with our service users in mind basing on agreed outcome with them.

Our Quality Assurance

We believe that quality can only be achieved on continuous improvement through self-critical assessment by those in the best position to judge. The results of our Quality Assurance activities are collated and then fed back The results of our Quality Assurance are collated and then fed back to improve our services. Our office team is scrupulous where quality assurance is concerned. 

Procare Healthcare Ltd aims to provide the most suitable support for the individuals and should the requirements change, we can tailor the care and or support provided to suit the individual user’s needs and make adjustments as their requirements change over time. Procare Healthcare’s main priority is to ensure all service users are safe when engaging with our staff.
